研究生课程进修班项目

中山大学管理学院研究生课程进修班项目成立于1992年，十五年以来，为社会培养了近万名企业家和各类高级管理人才，学员主要来自珠江三角地区，遍布各行各业，普遍都有5－15年以上的管理经验，国企与外企人士占40％，民营企业人士占40％，20％为董事长或总经理，其中有香江集团的董事总经理，澳门新东方集团的董事总经理，中国广西百色苹果工业园的董事总经理等，是珠江三角洲乃至全国经济的一支年轻的生力军。2005年开始，课程班学员素质趋于年轻化，平均年龄在28岁左右，平均工作经验为3年以上，行业分布以通信、金融、制造为主。其中国企30％，民企30％，外企20％。

研究生课程进修班不属于学历教育，是进修学习、提高业务水平的一种教育形式，不直接于授予硕士学位挂钩。凡在规定的学习年限内，完成全部课程学习，成绩合格、修满规定学分者，发给结业证书；未完成全部课程学习或成绩不合格者，不发给结业证书，只发给单科成绩证明。研究生课程进修班的学员可以按照《中山大学授予具有研究生毕业同等学力人员学位实施细则》的有关规定办理，申请硕士学位。

研究生课程班项目下设专业方向：

企业管理专业（企业管理方向、营销管理方向、财务与投资方向、人力资源管理方向）

会计学专业

 

“构建和谐平台，探究管理真谛，塑造企业精英，圆梦硕士殿堂。”是研究生课程班项目一直以来的指导方针。多年以来，在组织好学员学习的同时，举办各种专题讲座、到企业进行考察、丰富多彩的文娱活动、小组专题研讨会……既加强学术交流，又丰富文化生活，增强学员、学院、老师的联系和友谊，为培养中山大学管理学院21世纪具有国际竞争力的企业家和高级管理人才作好服务工作。

 

 

Graduate Programs for Advanced Studies

Graduate Programs for Advanced Studies offered by the School of Business at the Sun Yat-sen University was established in 1992, whose admissions come mainly from the Pearl River Delta Area covering all walks of life. Ever since its establishment, the programs have produced nearly 10,000 entrepreneurs, senior executives. Forty percent of the students’ body is from the State-owned or Joint Venture Sector, 40 percent from private sectors, and the Presidents or General Managers make up 20%. The graduates, including presidents or general managers from Heung Kong Group, Macau New Oriental Group, Guangxi Baise Apple industrial Park Group, have become a new driving force for the economic development in the Pearl River Delta Area and China at large. Starting from 2005, there appears a younger trend in the students’ body with averaged age 28 and more than three years’ working experience, covering mainly the communication, financial, and manufacture sectors. Thirty percent is from the state-owned sectors, 30% from private sectors, and 20% from joint venture sectors.

Different from academic and degree education, the Programs are designed for advanced studies aimed at improving professional quality. Certificates are issued to those who have passed the required courses and acquired the minimum credits within the prescribed time periods Statements of achievements are issued to those who have failed to meet the requirements. Graduates pursuing the Programs are eligible to apply for a master degree in accordance with the relevant provisions of Rules of the Sun Yat-sen University on Conferring Degrees upon Graduates who have Diplomas Equal to Post-graduate Certificates.

Graduate Programs for Advanced Studies consist of the following programs:

Ø  Business Administration Programs(including Business Administration, Marketing Management, Finance and Investment, Human Resources Management )

Ø  Programs in Accountancy

 

      The guidelines of Graduate Programs for Advanced Studies are to build a harmonized platform, to probe into the truth of management, to produce elites for the business community, and to make it a reality to get an MBA, Besides the regular studies, a wide variety of activities are provided, such as series of lectures on special topics, field visits to enterprises, and seminars, etc. These activities help to enhance friendships among the students and the faculty, and are conducive to training of entrepreneurs and senior executives of the 21^st century with international perspectives.
